Thank you for shopping with FEOR PARFUM. This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, and what to do if something isn't right. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1Order Processing Time
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number.
- During sales, restocks, and festive peaks, processing may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience.
2Shipping Within Malaysia
- Courier partner: J&T Express.
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping rate: flat rate at checkout — FREE shipping for orders above RM 150.
3Order Tracking
- A tracking number is sent via email / WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to become active.
- You can also follow your parcel any time on our Track Order page.
4Damaged, Broken, or Missing Items — Unboxing Video Required
Our perfumes are packed in glass bottles, so every parcel is carefully wrapped before it leaves us. In the rare event your parcel arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or with missing items, we require a full unboxing video to process any claim.
For your claim to be valid, the unboxing video must:
- Be a single, continuous recording — no cuts, edits, pauses, or screenshots.
- Start before the parcel is opened, clearly showing the sealed, unopened parcel.
- Clearly show the shipping label — recipient name, address, and tracking number.
- Show the entire unboxing from start to finish until all items are revealed.
- Clearly capture the damaged, broken, or missing item(s).
Please note:
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained — no exceptions.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery time shown on the courier’s tracking.
- Do not discard the parcel, packaging, or contents until your claim is fully resolved.
- Submit your unboxing video, order number, and clear photos via WhatsApp +60 19-592 0997.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Parcels returned due to an incorrect address, unattended, or unclaimed delivery will require the customer to bear the re-delivery cost.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
6Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long period, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Resolution depends on the outcome of the courier’s investigation.
7Delays Beyond Our Control
Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier handling, weather, public holidays, festive peaks, or other force majeure events.
8No Return for Opened Perfume
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used perfume. Perfume is a personal-care item and cannot be resold once opened.
9Damaged or Wrong Item
We will offer a replacement or refund if you received a damaged product or the wrong item. To be eligible:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (with the unboxing video above).
- Provide clear photos or video of the issue.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
10Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
11Exchanges & Cancellations
- We do not accept exchanges for change of mind, wrong scent selection, or personal preference — please read product descriptions carefully.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped. If you need urgent help, contact us immediately after ordering.
12Non-Refundable Items
- Opened perfume bottles.
- Promotional items and free gifts.
- Sale or clearance items.
