1Ordering & Acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.

2Pricing & Promotions

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Each perfume is priced at RM 66 for a 30ml bottle. The Combo 2 Botol promotion offers any 2 bottles for RM 100.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• We work to keep prices accurate, but errors may occur. If a product is mispriced, we will contact you before processing.

3Payment

We accept FPX, Visa, Mastercard, TnG eWallet, and GrabPay. Payment is taken at checkout, and orders are only processed once payment is received in full. All transactions are handled by secure third-party payment gateways.

4Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship within 24 hours from Malaysia on business days.
• Free shipping applies to orders above RM 150.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier.

5Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of perfume products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

6Product Information

We take care to describe our fragrances, notes, and ingredients accurately. Scent perception is subjective and colours may vary slightly on screen. Always review the ingredient list if you have sensitivities or allergies.

7Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the FEOR PARFUM name, logo, text, and imagery — is our property and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

8Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for any conduct that violates these Terms.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, FEOR PARFUM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
